Peter von Büren was born in St. Gallen in 1955. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Highlight Event and Entertainment AG at the 2012 Ordinary General Meeting. Since 2016, he has been a executive member of the Board of Directors and responsible for the finances of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Peter von Büren is a businessman and has held various management positions at Highlight Communications AG since 1994. He has been a member of the Group Executive Committee of the Highlight Group since 1999 and its CFO since 2008. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Constantin Film AG, Munich.
