Clive Ng was born in Malaysia and has worked internationally throughout his Career. He has founded and been the CEO of numerous companies, including co-founding C Ventures                             (www.c-venturesfund.com). 

Mr. Ng has many years of experience in managing multiple international media companies and has excelled in strategy development in the process. He has developed an excellent international network, especially in the Asian market.

He has also been a founding shareholder in a number of Asian “new media” firms, such as MTV Japan and E*TRADE Asia, and has established several e-commerce start-ups in Asia and the United States in which he has also serves as the CEO.

Clive Ng was elected as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Highlight Event and Entertainment AG at the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
