Bernhard Burgener

Bernhard Burgener was born in in Basel in 1957. He has been a member since 1995, Chairman since 2012 and President and Delegate of the Board of Directors since 2016.

After completing his education as a business graduate, Bernhard Burgener became an independent entrepreneur and in 1994 participated in Highlight Communications AG, which he listed on the stock exchange in 1999.

In addition to his role at HLEE, Bernhard Burgener is President and Delegate of the Board of Directors of Highlight Communications AG and responsible for the strategy of the Highlight Group. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Constantin Film AG, Munich.
